MINUTES OF THE NH WHEELERS CHAPTER
Meeting at Walnut Grove 7-12-08 opened at 6 PM
13 Member families present
Minutes of last meeting read, motion to approve by Linda Spofford, seconded by Jeanne Lawson-passed. The Treasurers report was read, motion to approve by Armand Pinard, seconded by BIll Fairbanks-passed
Motion to accept Gertrude and Everett Clark as new members by Jeanne Lawson, seconded by Linda Spofford-passed
Correspondence: Pictures were received of Porazzo’s rig with broken windshield due to collision with a turkey on Rt. 93 in Windham, NH - No one hurt, waiting for parts for repair
Drouse’s had to cancel last minute due to engine failure on RV
Mike Berwick made motion for club to pay for Drouse reservation, Betty LeBlanc seconded-voted down (6 yes, 11 no, 2 abstained
Linda made a motion for club to pay one night of Drouse’s reservation, Elliot F. seconded-passed
Sympathy card sent to Courtois family on the death of Chuck's mother.

Thanked trailmasters for job well done on 50's weekend
Showed off new Chalkboard for announcing plans for each weekend-to be displayed in central location at each campout
Motion made to return to Walnut Grove for July 10-12, 2009 by Mike Berwick, seconded by Bill Fairbanks-passed NOTE: anyone wishing to change campsite, let Elliot know .
If you wish to park next to a particular person at future campout, please let the Wagonmaster know 30 days before the event.
Reminder of the Vermont Samboree and NH Samboree coming in August, September 12-14 Campout is at Lake Champagne in Randolph, Vermont , October 10-13 at Branch Brook
Request made by Art Lawson to change venue for 2009 September Campout to Grandview CG in Rochester, NH. (Wagonmaster will check it out and bring it to a future meeting for a vote.)
Sick and Vigil: Sheila McLean doing fine, Charlotte Trudeau doing exceptionally well. Marge Rowe checking out blood chemistry (heart rate elevated due to new good looking doctor), Prez. Bill thanks for all the cards and emails sent to him during his hospitalization.
President Bill gave a synopsis of the Presidents Meeting, We are in charge of the horseshoes and table set up and cleanup. Bill has purchased 3 door prizes, Clarks donated a hand made afghan, and Rita Carignan has donated a small appliance.

Linda Spofford requested that each member fill out an application for the OctoberFest so that we know what type of food each member wants.
