Janice reports that an examination by a pulmonary specialist attributes her lung difficulty as related to asthma.
Unfinished Business: Armand is still working on getting quotes on tee shirts but suggested we might want to simply design a patch and purchase shirts on our own. This was discussed and Armand will look at quotes for a patch. A new updated member list is almost ready to be sent out and Janice will tend to that as soon as she can.
New Business: Secretary Jim asked for a volunteer to serve as Social Secretary. The duties would be to send out “get well” cards and the like to members when needed as directed by the President. Rita Carignan volunteered to do this.
The question was asked if the Chapter had previously approved an allowance of $200 for Trailmaster expenses for the Octoberfest. A review of past minutes revealed no such motion. After discussion, the group decided to let the Trailmasters decide how much they needed and come to the Chapter with a request at a future meeting.
