Deposits for Campouts need to be sent to Treasurer 10 days before campout! Make checks out to “NH Wheelers”.

NOTES

Friendly Beaver: 
This confirms our status at the Friendly Beaver Campground 200 site area. I have reserved 15 sites although as many as 30 sites are available. Site #231 thru 235 are pull thru's of between 65 and 75 feet in depth. Sites 230 thru 226 and Sites 214 thru 218 are all back in sites of approximately 50' depth. These sites were chosen as they are central in the 200 circle and the highest ground for the area. NH Wheelers must call 603-487-5570 to make their site pick and send them a check for $76.00. Once you have made your site pick, please let me know so I can track the sites that have been picked in case we need more sites.
Let's all pray for a snow free April as we venture to this new RV location for April. But rain, snow or shine we'll have heated indoor facilities for our meetings and a heated indoor pool for relaxation.

Standard NH Wheelers venues:   $10.00 deposit no later than 30 days prior to venue date with balance paid to treasurer upon arrival at venue unless otherwise noted above. Intentions to attend a NH Wheeler event sent to the Wagon Master would be appreciated no later than 40 days prior to the event date.

Trail Master will have a $50.00 expense account per * venue with prior approval by Board.
