Hello to my fellow wheelers. It will not be long before we will be uncovering our rigs and getting them ready for the up and coming camping season. I can not urge the Importance of checking your rig batteries and doing a check of all your systems before you pull out on the road. You do not want to be hit with a surprise problem with your first outing. As your new Wagon Master I can not emphasize the importance of getting your deposit for camping in 30 days before the camping outing. This way when I get final listing of who will be attending with their deposit from our treasurer I will be able to give the campground the number of rigs that we need sites for. Most of the campgrounds want the final list 30 days prior to the outing. If you do not have your deposit in by then, the list given to me will be sent to the campground. If you decide to attend after that, you will have to notify the campground on your own and try to reserve a site yourself; if any available. I also will not be assigning site numbers to each person. If you want to camp next to someone, I suggest you come in with them so you can. All I will be providing the campground is the number of rigs and the length of each. Please remember that if you are going to any of the State Samborees you must send in your registration forms yourself and send your monies to that state ASAP. I will try to have the state wagon master put us together if possible. I look forward in camping with all of you. Remember we are camping to enjoy each other's company and have a fun time.
